I use a person-centred approach to develop a therapeutic relationship with you. This helps over time to support you in gaining insight and understanding of the emotional and mental difficulties you're experiencing.
I provide a safe space to listen to you and can assess and identify the best therapeutic approach to meet your needs. I offer both face to face therapy or online, to suit your individual needs.
Therapy services offered include EMDR, Arts Psychotherapy and Clinical Supervision.
